Revolutionary greetings, my Cdes. Our people remain the poorest in their own country even 3 decades into what they call…
Be part of the radical transformation of the ICT Sector.
Welcome to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Progressive Blacks in ICT is the only member operated organisation that advocates for economic inclusion for black people in South Africa’s ICT Sector during the most important transformation in the world.

Access
Ownership
Black people in the ICT Sector of South Africa have been sitting on the sidelines of the mainstream economy. After three decades this still stands true despite the billions of Annual ICT spend by our Government. Change is needed and it is needed now.
LOBBY FOR ACCESS
PBICT is dedicated to advocating for greater
access within the South African ICT
sector. Through strategic lobbying efforts,
the organization aims to influence policies,
regulations, and practices that ensure
access and opportunities for black individuals and businesses, encouraging their active participation in the sector's
economic activities.
PROGRESS TRANSFORM
PBICT seeks to drive transformative change
within the ICT industry. By engaging with key
stakeholders, we work to dismantle barriers
to entry, address systemic inequalities, and
encourage diversity. This transformation
involves fostering an environment where black
South Africans can thrive professionally
and economically in the ICT sector.
GAIN OWNERSHIP
PBICT recognizes the power of unity in achieving its goals. A strong and cohesive political will of members who share a common vision of ICT economy owned by black people. By uniting individuals, businesses, and organizations, PBICT can amplify its advocacy efforts and collectively work towards a more ownership of the ICT sector in South Africa.
